Indigenous Engagement Strategy
SurePact’s Vision for our Indigenous Engagement Strategy is to empower First Nations Communities to have a greater voice in decisions that affect them and their community.
Put simply, we seek to set priorities, improve services and ensure funding is applied effectively for the betterment of First Nations peoples, Communities and Traditional Owner Groups.
Crucial to our vision is confirming that we value and support inclusion and diversity throughout our
personnel. We are committed to reconciliation between First Nations peoples and other Australians, and staunchly support the dream of a nation which values First Nations heritage, cultures and peoples and recognises their unique position as the original custodians of the land.
SurePact is excited to support First Nations Councils and organisations across Australia. We have partnered with amazing teams such as Yarrabah Aboriginal Shire Council, Aurukun Shire Council, Cherbourg AboriginalShire Council and Cairns Indigenous Art Fair to help them manage and deliver key projects and events across Wakka Wakka, Gunggandji, Yidinji, Wik, Wik Way and Kugu lands.
The foundations laid by their ancestors gives strength, inspiration and courage to current and future generations.
