Application review and scoring
We’ve upgraded the review and scoring experience for grantmakers in their Funding Programs:
- Set the review criteria in your application process
- Score and apply weighting to individual grant applications
- Collect panel feedback, see scores captured alongside each application
- Final application approvals can be confirmed by the Program Manager
Also: You will be able to see, in real-time, the funding available as each application is received, reviewed, and rejected or shortlisted/approved – easy, stage-specific funding knowledge at a glance.
Improved applicant registration experience for open Funding Programs
Applicants responding to open Funding Opportunities get an improved registration process. Funders can also generate a unique link to share their new open programs on their website or social media.
Customise Funding Program stages
Customise your program’s application rounds for greater flexibility. Stages can also be renamed to match the language of your organisation’s processes, so everyone is on the same page.
Making editing and searching faster and easier
We’ve added inline editing on your Funding Programs, Portfolios, Grants and Projects pages, so there’s no longer any need to open each item to edit the names or dates.
Our built-in search function has been improved to surface more items than before, making it easier to find what you need in a flash.
Reducing the time to set up Grants as a recipient
Due to popular demand, we’ve reduced the amount of mandatory fields required to set up a new Grant (as a recipient) by 40%. Data entered into past Grants will still be available when exporting data via Administration.
