Megan Avard, CEO and founder of Surepact

Hi, I’m Megan!

Twenty five years working in private and public sector management roles and twenty years raising four boys has taught me a thing or two. Things I know for certain include:

  • Passionate people will always trump technology;
  • Skrillex will never compare to ABBA;
  • Risk is not being managed if it is someone else’s problem.

To me, the creation of SurePact and the development of our contract risk management software is almost a metaphor for being the change you want to see in the world. I had spent years witnessing millions of tax-payer dollars being squandered through the systemic failure of poorly managed infrastructure contracts. There was a clear gap in the market so I jumped in boots and all – resigned my day job and started a software company to build the solution.

Now all that wastage is my opportunity. SurePact is a game changer, and if you are in a business that manages contracts and delivers projects, we need to talk.
